abandoned lives
Dubai had two abandonment problems.
3,000 cars abandoned every year.
3,000 pets abandoned every year.
The difference?
Everyone saw the cars.
Nobody saw the pets.
So we used one to make people notice the other.
FOR EVERY ABANDONED CAR YOU SEE,
THERE'S AN ABANDONED PET YOU DON'T.
